You can book all your symposium passes individually via the conference website.

Alternatively, you can appoint a Team Leader and book all team passes quickly and easily, and pay for them with a single card payment.

Links for Individual and Team bookings are below. The same pricing structure applies to both. 

If registering multiple passes, your Team Leader will need to know:

• The day of your symposium

• A list of the team members who will attend

• The pass types needed for each person

• Card payment details

Please Note:

All team members must be registered in advance.

If a staff member turns up who has not been registered in advance, they will need to register and pay by card before entry.

Deadline for booking Team passes: Thur 17 April
